Garden State Home assists eligible tenants facing eviction by pairing them with Resource Navigators who will link them with social service support, case management, immediate problem-solving intervention, flexible direct financial assistance and access to legal services. Household income must be at or below 80% Area Median Income. Undocumented populations and Section 8 recipients are also eligible. Currently serving Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
