This program is designed to quickly help homeless and at-risk households identify immediate housing needs and connects them with necessary services to prevent homelessness. Eligibility requires households gross income to be at or under 120% AMI. Undocumented and Section 8 clients are eligible. GSH's Diversion program focuses on Middlesex County residents, but can assist with relocation anywhere in the State of NJ.
