Through the LRAP program, GSH will identify 1 - 4 family homes built before 1978 and assess the unit for the presence of lead-based paint hazards. If your home meets these requirements and is situated within Mercer, Middlesex, or Union Counties, you may be eligible for this program.

GSH staff will manage licensed lead evaluators who will conduct lead inspections of each eligible unit. Upon confirmation of the presence of lead in the home, GSH will work with certified contractors to remediate the points of concern.

This program is funded through the NJ DCA, there is no cost to the tenant or their landlord. The household's gross income must be at or below 80% AMI. Please click the link below to complete a referral form.
