The goal of the Street Outreach program is to engage homeless households and those at risk and link them to supportive housing services in Monmouth County.  Additionally, GSH staff provide direct assistance to clients in the form of food, clothing, transportation, personal hygiene products and other immediate needs. Clients can be at or below 120% AMI. Section 8 and undocumented populations are eligible.
